Role Details

The Manager, HR Strategy is responsible for the leadership and management of specialist human resources management functions within Department of the Premier and Cabinet and client agencies that influences a positive, customer orientated, and performance driven organisational environment and culture. The position is accountable for developing and implementing workforce and change management strategies that support maximising the performance and efficiency of the workforce. The Manager, HR Strategy will deliver a business and customer service focused corporate human resource function.

  • The Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Management Program.
  • The Incumbent may be assigned to another position at this remuneration level or equivalent.
  • This role requires a National Criminal History check.
  • Incumbents must hold current Australian work eligibility status
