Role Details
This role is responsible for designing and implementing research strategies, managing external providers, and contributing to the establishment of a centralised insights database. It involves high level stakeholder engagement, cross agency collaboration, and the provision of expert advice to ensure research outcomes are robust, compliant, and strategically aligned with government priorities.
Special Conditions
- The Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Management Program.
- The Incumbent may be assigned to another position at this remuneration level or equivalent.
- Some work outside of normal hours will be required.
- Some interstate travel involving overnight absences will be required.
- This role requires a National Criminal History check.
Essential Qualification
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics or other relevant field, or demonstrated equivalent experience

The Government Advertising and Insights Hub is a newly created initiative for the South Australian government. This business will lead the strategic direction of brand advertising for over 30 government agencies and is responsible for delivering a centralised brand advertising service to better inform South Australians about important issues that affect their lives.
