Role Details

DPC is committed to recruiting, developing and promoting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. The Department is looking for motivated and dynamic people who can undertake a range of roles on a short-term, long-term, contract or ongoing basis (including opportunities for part-time or full-time employment).

Available roles may be either at the ASO5 ($80,830 - $89,897) or ASO6 ($92,784 - $98,143) classification.

Listed below are examples of some of the roles that may be available at these classifications:
    - Team Leader
    - Business Analyst
    - Technical Analyst/Officer
    - Senior Project Officer
    - Senior Policy Officer
    - Senior Consultant

Special Conditions

This pool is established under Section 65 of the Equal Opportunity Act 1984 (SA) to redress the under-representation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in the workforce. Only people of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent are eligible to apply for the pool.

The Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Management Program. 

The Incumbent may be assigned to another position at this remuneration level or equivalent.
