Role Details
The Visitor Engagement Supervisor (VES) is a key member of the Museum’s front-facing team, responsible for ensuring that visitors receive outstanding, safe, and inclusive experiences while also supporting and supervising Visitor Engagement Officers (VEOs). VESs, alongside VEOs, work under the direction of the Visitor & Member Services Manager to create exceptional first impressions, proactively engage diverse audiences, and foster an environment where every visitor feels welcome, informed and inspired.
Special Conditions
- The Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Management Program.
- The Incumbent may be assigned to another position at this remuneration level or equivalent.
- Some work outside of normal hours will be required.
- This role requires a working with children check.
- This role requires a National Criminal History check.
