Role Details

The Senior Project Manager, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Arts is a part of the CreateSA First Nations team, reporting to the Manager Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Arts. The role is responsible for providing advice and assisting with coordinating, monitoring and the implementation of strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring quality outcomes are achieved on time and within budget. The role works closely with other CreateSA staff to ensure work reflects best cultural practice and meets South Australian Government objectives.

Special Conditions

  • This is an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Designated Position, in accordance with sections 56(2) and 65 of the Equal Opportunity Act 1984. Only Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people are eligible to apply.
  • The Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Management Program.
  • The Incumbent may be assigned to another position at this remuneration level or equivalent.
  • Some work outside of normal hours will be required.
  • This role requires a National Criminal History check.
