Role Details

The Senior/ Principal HR Business Partner will be responsible for fostering collaborative relationships to achieve the department's strategic deliverables in the areas of talent management, employee relations, workforce planning and change management. You will drive proactive solutions that contribute to the Department achieving its strategic priorities and business objectives, including workforce planning and organisational reviews.

  • The Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Management Program.
  • The Incumbent may be assigned to another position at this remuneration level or equivalent.
  • This role requires a National Criminal History check.
  • Some intra and interstate travel requiring overnight absences may be required.
  • This role will be offered at either an ASO6 or ASO7 classification depending on the experience and qualifications of the preferred candidate.
  • Talent pool will be established for future roles.
