Role Details

- Support the Marketing team in the coordination and implementation of marketing campaigns for AGSA’s major exhibitions and events.
- Coordinate AGSA’s social media channels by creating, planning and scheduling content that maximises engagement and is aligned with AGSA’s brand and tone of voice.
- Contribute to the development of social media strategy.
- Produce and coordinate content for the Gallery’s digital communication channels, website, ecommerce and EDM.
- Write, source, and edit copy for high quality print and online promotional materials that is consistent with the AGSA brand.
- Brief external suppliers, including creative agencies, media planners, copywriters, multimedia producers and venue partners for the delivery of marketing campaign collateral.
- Coordinate high quality marketing material for campaigns for exhibitions and events.
- Respond to and coordinate daily marketing enquiries.
- Manage photography schedule for external and internal events.

Special Conditions

  • The Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Management Program.
  • The Incumbent may be assigned to another position at this remuneration level or equivalent.
  • Some work outside of normal hours will be required.
  • This role requires a National Criminal History check.

Essential Qualifications

  • Degree qualification in marketing, communications, media or similar
